So much going on, but little time to write!

We went to the NOFA-NH conference last weekend and enjoyed a number of great workshops.  We’ve learned about biodynamics, nutrient dense food, mushrooms, growing hops, orchards…

Also getting ready for maple sugaring season.  Chris Bridge came to the rescue and helped me to grind off the wheel bearings on our sap collection trailer.  I wish I’d know I needed to do this when it was still warm!
